Fitch was a great company to work for. However, the company has severely felt the growing pains which has made career advancement a tremendous challenge. Since becoming wholly-owned by the Hearst Group, Fitch has moved to a philosophy of hiring lower paying entry analysts rather than investing in its own experienced employees. Very disappointing.
